- Plan Checking: We explain the drawings from architects or designers, and outline the items in the project which may require engineering support.
- Location: We provide assistance with placing the house on the property or lot.
- Estimates: We review the estimating and quote documents, highlighting any inconsistences.
- Permits: We assist you through the permit Permit application process.
Trades and Suppliers
- Trades: We provide writing specifications and liaise with our contacts in the local companies providing plumbing, electrical, and other trade roles.
- Scheduling: We provide advice from trade to trade all the way to framing completion.
- Suppliers: We provide contacts for material suppliers.
- Problem Solving: We advise and assist if issues arise, for example which professional is required to solve the specific issue.
